Oh Calcutta restaurant

One of my favorite things to do is sit down to a good meal and I love love love Indian food! For lunch Zubin recommended this restaurant called "Oh Calcutta." Upon entering the restaurant we learned that it was rated one of the top restaurants in Delhi. Upon noticing the businessmen in pinstripe suits and the fancy decor, the place instantly seemed a bit too rich for our blood, so we asked for a menu. It turns out they had a four course buffet or a la carte menu for less than $10, which was expensive for India standards but within our means so we stayed...and I am glad we did! Ahhhh! The food was so good! We had fish, lobster, lamb, chicken...and who knew cauliflower could taste so good?! It was great!

Dinner, on the other hand, was a much cheaper venture. I had fried rice with vegetarian meatballs (talk about an oxymoron) plus dessert and a drink, all for under $3!
